Q: I have a bottled water cooler in my office, would you be able to supply me with water deliveries?
A: Yes, we can also offer the sanitisation service.

Q: How often do you deliver water?
A: As often as you need it!.

Q: How long can I store a bottle of water?
A: Our water has an expiry date stamped on the neck of each bottle. The expiry date is approximately 1 year from the date of delivery.

Q: How many cups of water would I get out of one bottle?
A: An 18.9 litre bottle will give you approximately 100 cups.

Q: What would happen, should I run out of water?
A: Our aim is to be with you within 24 hours.

Q: Do you have a delivery charge?
A: Delivery is free of charge, within our delivery area.

Q: How long are your cooler rental agreements?
A: We ask for a 12 month agreement, not 3 years.

Q: What are your opening times?
A: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm.

Q: Can I purchase supplies from you without a service agreement?
A: Yes you can.

Q: How often do the filters need changing on the plumbed in coolers?
A: Every 6 months.
